Our Priorities
Our first priority is always the wellbeing of clients. Updating and communicating with the identified support system, families, friends, and caregivers regularly to reduce caregiver stress. As our loved ones age and are in need of more support, it is difficult to find the time, and understand the healthcare system to assure that their medical, physical, and psychosocial needs being met. This is even more stressful if you don’t live nearby; are they safe at home, are they enjoying social interaction, are they eating well, paying their bills, getting to their medical appointment, do they hear and understand their current health, options, chooses?
